New Positions: Sales Representatives (2) ~ USA

LeadCrafters is seeking two (2) Sales Reps for B2B telephone sales of patented Web Conversion solutions. With nearly 10 years of success, the company continues to experience substantial growth as businesses continue to utilize cost effective web technologies to maximize marketing budgets.

LC: When you first considered working here, what were your first thoughts?
Rep:  Couldn’t wait to jump into it!  I instantly saw the potential!

Responsibilities include calling directly on businesses in North America.  Some experience in telephone sales is required.  Basic computer skills (Word Processing, Data Entry, Email) are expected and a solid understanding of the Internet is a plus.  Applicants must have their own computer, Internet connectivity and phone line (cell phone or land line) that can be used for business purposes.

LC: While getting started, what was our training like?
Rep:  Training never ends.  Imperative in an industry that is constantly changing.  I must say I look forward to our Monday morning conference calls.

All training and sales materials are provided. All reps are independent contractors but work within a positive TEAM environment where EVERYONE’S success is applauded and encouraged EVERY DAY. Upward mobility and growth is encouraged and promoted for ALL reps who seek it and who deliver consistently high performance levels.

LC: Now that you are getting some traction, how do you feel?  Any doubts?  Excitement?
Rep: The benefits and rewards for my work are exciting!  Fun to watch it all fall into place.

Compensation is paid monthly and is based on upfront AND on-going commissions for all sales. It will take a few months to build up commissions, so individuals needing immediate revenue should not apply.

LC: How will your life change if this is a success for you?
Rep: I look forward to the financial security this could provide!  I’m here to stay!
